A lovely place to live. Coming from a rural environment I was a little worried about noise, but I was referred to Forest Hills Apt.'s by a friend of mine, a former Police Officer in this town. She knew the complex was run very well. Maintenance is "spot on" if there is a problem. I see a post here on the Cats. This is an animal friendly complex, and any cats here are well cared for, and actually a welcome addition to the "home" feel of the complex. If you have young kids dont even bother to move in! If they play to loud you’ll get a text, if they leave too many toys on your own back porch you get a text, if a child gets on the rope in the pool you’ll get a text, oh and if your child does something they don’t like they will screen shot it from their camera the list can continue… If your someone with no kids, someone with older kids or someone with kids that won’t go outside and play at all then your good but please don’t waste your money if you have younger children!
