I’ve lived in 515 since 2019, and it’s only gotten worse each year. The building is in constant disrepair, and management is both disorganized and increasingly hostile toward tenants. It’s frustrating to see so much potential wasted.

I'm sharing MY own, VERIFIABLE experience with Forest Hill management so potential applicants can make an informed decision. - On June 9, 2025, I applied for a unit at Forest Hill Towers for a move-in date of July 15. - I mailed to Forest Hill the required fee of $500 (mandatory inspection & Administrative fees). -Forest Hill failed to acknowledge receipt, claiming they couldn't locate the bank check. - Forest Hill eventually finds the check (about 2 weeks later) and promised the unit would be ready by the July 15th requeste... read more

The building is really pretty and has a lot of potential. The management team in the office gets a lot of the heat from tenants but in reality it’s not their fault. The building owners don’t really care about the building. It appears that this was intended to be an investment property and then when they realized how much work the buildings actually needed, they gave up. I left Forest Hill Towers in December 2024. My apartment was in excellent condition, and I was informed that it had been rented out a few days after my lease ended. The office management informed me that it takes approximately 30 days to receive my security deposit back, and they would contact me once the payment was ready. I repeatedly checked in with them after the 30-day period, but I was informed that they were unable to access the office that handles the payment processing.
