I’ve lived in 515 since 2019, and it’s only gotten worse each year. The building is in constant disrepair, and management is both disorganized and increasingly hostile toward tenants. It’s frustrating to see so much potential wasted. Update summer 2026: The state of the building continues to worsen. Two out of three elevators are completely dysfunctional. ZERO STARS for treating PAYING TENANTS who keep them in business so horrible. This location was exposed on the mayor's list of WORST landlords. They go into hiding with repairs and other living concerns..only to resurface if there is a rent or money issue!! Absolutely disgusting 🤬

Terrible place to live. Elevators went out several times over my time there and remained out of order for sometimes days leaving elderly and disabled stuck. They have 3 elevator bays and only choose to have 2 operational to save money. Was stuck in them multiple times. Don’t live here.
