Building is old but nice, units are spacious and neighbours are great. Management is garbage, Indiana & Myeisha are always competing on who can be worst or evil person to the tenants on daily basis, if you tell them a problem, first thing they tell you is wait or can’t be done or it’s not on our priority if not the best answer is you need to fix it on your own. Packages is a problem in this building. When I brought this issue to ?Aisha?, ( the girl at the office) she said that receiving packages is a courtesy, but delivery is not allowed upstairs. Lol, woman, what are we suppose to do then?

PROS: Complex is a diamond in the rough or better said, a rough diamond! Most spectacular views in Newark, decent historic neighborhood, spacious apartments with large balconies, ample parking available and acceptable rents compared to newer builds.
