I toured the apartment and ultimately decided not to move forward. The staff was kind. For me, the biggest issue was the value for the price. The one-bedroom was around $1,999, but the space felt far too small to justify nearly $2,000 a month, especially considering it’s only around 400-500 sq. ft. The studio apartments were around $1,600–$1,700, which also seemed expensive for the amount of space offered. Maggie was so patient and amazing with me! I have been eyeing this spot for over a year and I finally moved from NY to NJ. She was communicative and answered all my questions. She is very welcoming and helpful. I have been here for a couple of days and so far everything seems to be running smooth. Even maintenance crew were very welcoming and helpful. It is a very clean place and calm. Thank you!

Margie was really great to work with. Very transparent and extremely helpful. I'm three weeks in and enjoying the property. It's quiet, well maintained and a nice mix of people which is very important to me.
Leasing office is full of great people. I thought I sincerely found a great apartment, however the floor boards are as thin as paper. I thought it was best to give the benefit of doubt to my neighbors, however after 3 months I’ve come to have no peace in my home. Constant noise at all times of the day and nothing done from the office being as though this is a structural issue. Even when having visitors, it is their first and only complaint. Quite a shame.
