I recently moved into this complex, and Marg made my experience great from day one. She answered all my questions, showed a lot of friendliness, and quickly addressed any issues I had. She was a big part of why the move felt smooth.The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the parking situation — it's no joke. Finding a spot is genuinely difficult at night unless you pay extra for a garage or a reserved space. Nonetheless, Marg was excellent and so far the apartment is good.

I'm writing a formal complaint to the management and licensing board regarding discriminatory application practices. Mike claimed I needed a 750 credit score to qualify for the low deposit and free rent promotion, but another agent, Margie, admitted the requirement was actually mid-600s. I toured the apartment and ultimately decided not to move forward. The staff was kind. For me, the biggest issue was the value for the price. The one-bedroom was around $1,999, but the space felt far too small to justify nearly $2,000 a month, especially considering it’s only around 400-500 sq. ft. The studio apartments were around $1,600–$1,700, which also seemed expensive for the amount of space offered. Maggie was so patient and amazing with me! I have been eyeing this spot for over a year and I finally moved from NY to NJ. She was communicative and answered all my questions. She is very welcoming and helpful. I have been here for a couple of days and so far everything seems to be running smooth. Even maintenance crew were very welcoming and helpful. It is a very clean place and calm. Thank you!
