Margie was very nice and a lot of help in making the signing/moving in process super fast and easy
While many reviews here are from new tenants praising Margie (who is wonderful!), I urge anyone considering moving in to also look at reviews from long-term residents. If you’re thinking about moving into Forest Hills Apartments, I strongly encourage you to reconsider. Although I’m not a full-time resident here, I frequently visit to help a family member who lives in the complex—and both of us have had deeply frustrating experiences with the property. Let’s begin with the parking situation, which is chaotic and poorly managed. Margie is super helpful, friendly, and made the whole leasing process easy and stress-free. Great communication and very professional. She was always willing to answer any questions and as a first time renter I had quite a few! Definitely a stress free process working with her.
Margie (front office) has been wonderful in helping us close the lease for our daughter’s apartment. It has been a very positive experience.
