I have lived here for almost 3 years. Initially I loved living here. I thought they were in tune with their tenants they are not. Tenants are not human beings they are a dollar sign to them. I ran into terminal illness that led to financial issues initially. After fighting every step of the way to keep my home and receiving assistance guaranteed they staunchly expressed they wanted me gone. This is not why I write the post. There are no immenities. Zero. I had such a wonderful experience working with Margie Arriaga, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and supportive. Margie explained everything clearly and made the entire leasing process feel smooth and stress-free. Overall I’d like to say that it has been a pleasant experience so far moved in with my girlfriend at the beginning of November. I get along with most of my neighbors and they seem friendly. There are some issues with the noise being excessive but it seems like other neighbors are in agreement as well and make complaints so hopefully it’ll get resolved.
This review is long overdue. I’m happy to give five stars, with special recognition to Tabitha, the leasing agent, who was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful throughout the move-in process. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, my move went smoothly thanks to Margie’s outstanding support. She was attentive, communicative, and made me feel truly welcomed. The apartment itself is quiet, well-kept, and a perfect fit. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
