I reached out a couple weeks ago to Forest Hill Management and spoke with someone in the office who was extremely nice to me about one of their tenants Nicholas Hannibal - Van Winkle St about his stalking and harassment and verbally threatening me twice with his firearm and still have not heard anything back from the Property Manager. I shouldn’t have to live there for them to have a conversation with their tenant. Clearly they don’t take Domestic Violence seriously.
It took me along time to write a review .., because somewhere since three years I have been continuously thinking how to write in a same way as this property and the people of leasing office specially Margie the way they have provided all the facilities service whenever we have faced any issue they have been responding so quickly during weekdays during weekend day or night …I highly appreciate the way they have always cooperating.. Margie was very nice and a lot of help in making the signing/moving in process super fast and easy
While many reviews here are from new tenants praising Margie (who is wonderful!), I urge anyone considering moving in to also look at reviews from long-term residents. I’ve lived here for some time and have had multiple issues, but my recent experience with management, particularly Robin, was unacceptable. I received a letter on my door claiming I owed $2,000, with a threat of eviction—despite having paid rent in full on July 1st.
