We worked with Margie and I cannot tell you how AMAZING and sweet she was. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She made sure we were heard and noted everything we wanted and needed for the apartment. She answered all our questions and did her best to give us the best price for the apartments. She was super professional and we LOVED working with her! If you’re looking to move here, definitely work with MARGIE :)
I want to thank Monica and Margie for being so helpful with me As well as the rest of the staff that smiled at me and said hello or answered the phone. I just moved in and so far I’m loving this place! Let’s begin with the peace and tranquility I’ve had living here, The fact that I have my own parking spot is a plus just as well as the playground for when my grandson visits , I love the brand new appliances also, The laundry room is only feet away what more can I ask for I love it here.
So far my experience has been great. From the very first day I walked in the management office I felt very welcomed. Tabi is so helpful and very sweet she goes out and about to get her job done. They need more Reps like Tabi and Margie beautiful soul always welcoming you with a big smile. Over all my new place is lovely clean and quiet. I mega love it . Thank you again Forest Hill Apartments I hope and pray everything goes well .
I am honestly very annoyed. Since we have moved here we have paid more in parking tickets than in rent. With the amount we pay here you would think every apartment would be assigned at least one spot. Every person is fighting for parking. When we asked for parking we were told there is an extensive waiting list. Knowing the issue with parking the leasing office does not do anything, in fact they make it worse.
