Maggie was so patient and amazing with me! I have been eyeing this spot for over a year and I finally moved from NY to NJ. She was communicative and answered all my questions. She is very welcoming and helpful. I have been here for a couple of days and so far everything seems to be running smooth. Even maintenance crew were very welcoming and helpful. It is a very clean place and calm. Thank you!
I had a great experience leasing an apartment for my senior mom. Tabi Smith walked us through the process and was patient, helpful, and kind. My mom loves her apartment and the community is well maintained. Very happy!
Margie was really great to work with. Very transparent and extremely helpful. I'm three weeks in and enjoying the property. It's quiet, well maintained and a nice mix of people which is very important to me.
Leasing office is full of great people. I thought I sincerely found a great apartment, however the floor boards are as thin as paper. I thought it was best to give the benefit of doubt to my neighbors, however after 3 months I’ve come to have no peace in my home. Constant noise at all times of the day and nothing done from the office being as though this is a structural issue. Even when having visitors, it is their first and only complaint. Quite a shame.
Current renter here… this place gets a solid 1 from me. The place is so stinking peaceful during the day it’s quiet and no issues my neighbors are also great, some maintenance guys are sweeties and very helpful (Depending the situation) and Robin and Monica are great. I understand they aren’t the ones in control so no blame to them, those are my only pros…. Cons.
