I took a lady whom I visit as a volunteer. She is 88 years old, Mr Dan Phan was very abrupt and not willing to help her. I honestly haven't come across a professional or anyone for that matter that treats an older person in such rude manner. I won't mention the way he treated me ,after all I was only the escort of the patient.

I visited for the first time today. A friend recommended this practice. Maryanne and Stuart were fantastic dealing with my initial enquiry and Rick examined my eyes and made recommendations based on what is best for my eyes and not to get kickbacks from optical companies. He even said I could keep wearing my current multi focal glasses bought elsewhere. They even adjusted and cleaned these glasses and gave me a complimentary cloth and case.
