Such a rude receptionist and instead of the doctor to be professional about the whole situation , she was siding with the rude lady, I’m so glad I didn’t go through with the surgery. Go to them at your own risk
I recently underwent surgery at Forest Hill with Dr. Augustine and it went fantastic. My entire experience from start to finish was great. I had traveled from Alberta to receive surgery here and I found the communication was great. My appointments were scheduled in advance and providers showed up in a timely manner. I was also very impressed that on the day of surgery, Dr Augustine and the Anesthesiologist really took their time with me before going into the operating room. I saw nurse Hayley for a hydro facial on Thursday and not only was the experience so relaxing that I fell asleep, I woke up glowing! The nice part of a hydrofacial is there are no extractions being done. The machine does all the work sucking up the dead skin cells and bacteria and then also infuses the serums back into your skin.
