I've been seeing nurse Haley for over a year for both Hydrafacials and IPL and I can't recommend her enough. Her medical background sets her apart as she applies a deep understanding of skin science to every treatment. Haley genuinely cares about lasting results and invests in her clients long-term skin health. My skin has never looked better - highly recommend!
Nurse Haley has been doing my botox for over a year. She is kind, caring and very patient with me. I would highly recommend going to her.
5 stars for Dr Augustine, the admin staff and the anesthesiologist. However Haley is a very poor excuse for a nurse. I was within one week post op and was met with a phone call by her where she was extremely demeaning. To wrap up the call I asked her to have the Dr return my call as the pain was becoming extreme, she laughed at me and no I didn’t receive a call. When my stitches popped (tummy tuck) I sent an email but I didn’t bother to follow up in case I had to encounter her again. I have documentation from both scenarios.... read more
