Great Doctor..! Receptionist..!!! very rude..!!! Melanie is totally unprofessional must’ve been having a bad day..! hangs up on you when you try to talk about the appointments myself and my family been going here for over 12 years and quite disgusted. How the reception handled the situation at hand very rude. Dr Mark Ghamal needs to know what’s going on here. After 15 years of loyalty and ten children attending this practice, Dr Elmosallamy refused to treat my children because I personally missed one appointment. I was too sick to call, or attend! He’s refusing to transfer my medical files and blatantly stated he doesn’t have to or give a reason. Surely missing one appointment is not justification to deny children or people in need care Dr?!!.
