Forest Hill Heights is a well managed, warm and inviting facility. The staff work together as a team and make sure residents receive great care!
Love love love FHH!!! The staff is AMAZING!!! My mom had Alzheimer's and FHH took such good care of her during a very difficult time not only for her but for us, her family. They became our second family. So glad mom got spend her last several months with such an amazing group! 😘
My mother in law resided at FHH for 3 1/2 years until she passed away last year. She had amazing care. We visited often as we live close by. Even on the day of her passing I was so impressed with their professionalism, caring attitudes and the support that they gave to us during such a difficult time. Thank you to the amazing staff! <3
Forest Hill Heights is the best place I have ever worked. It truly is one big family. The staff is the friendliest and most caring people I have ever had the honor of working with in healthcare.
Horrible I wish zero stars was an option. Not enough staff in most departments. Majority of staff paid minimum wage... in healthcare!?! Residents not properly cared for or entertained they only care about keeping 'with it' residents happy because they can tell their family's on you.
