DO NOT GO HERE!!! My son needed a root canal fixed! They didn’t even fix it! It was a temporary fix and the amount they charged was more than a root canal and a crown cost! They told us one amount then we kept getting bills in the mail and threatening to send us to collections! We’ve lived all over the country and dealt with many different dentists/specialist. I’ve never dealt with anyone like this! I would go anywhere but here!
I needed a root canal redone, they drilled through my old crown, redid the root canal, and sealed the crown with resin. They said they could not make a new crown and that it would be prone to chipping. The following night a chunk of the crown chipped off. I tried calling their emergency line with no response. When i finally could get a hold of them during the work week, they claimed no responsibility and told me i would need to schedule an appointment with my dentist to get it done. I have needed more root canals than I want to admit. Dr. Reynolds has done 3 of them now. He is so gentle with the patient that I honestly didn't even feel the needle used to numb my mouth. He gets you in on time of your appointment and you don't have to wait around forever like in some places. He's a funny guy too and can take your mind off what's happening with what has to be a 1-sided conversation since your mouth is full of instruments... lol. If you go to see Dr. Reynolds, you'll never go anywhere else for a root canal.
