Office was clean. I got taken back to my appointment five minutes before. The dentist doctor Beresford performed a detailed exam of my mouth. She was very soft spoken and explained and showed me the problems in my mouth. The front desk person was very kind also.
I have been a patient of Dr Beresford for 12 years. I have been so pleased with care I have received from Dr Beresford. I dread dental work, but she has made it easier, with her professionalism, competence and the pleasant manner she has interacting with her patients. She called back promptly, the time I was having an emergency during the pandemic. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.
Surrounding equipment was dirty had three crowns replaced. They put in the incorrect ones and told me when they were almost finished. The young assistant should have been fired. I cannot recommend the “Family Denistry” on 45th St.
