After the negative experience of my daughter, I looked up the reviews here and saw that they don’t seem to to be honest ones. For example, one is from the spouse of one of the therapists- Bill Friedman- and now they have changed their address, it seems, to manipulate their ratings as the ratings jumped with the address change. The address listed is currently a construction site and I went to a different address for my session. I didn’t know that this could be done! Amazing atmosphere and an exceptional team. I'm acquainted with members of the staff and have had the chance to see the care, professionalism, and integrity that go into everything they do behind the scenes. It truly is an outstanding practice.
While I haven't been a client, I know Dr. Stephanie Bot well and can confidently say she is exceptionally compassionate, thoughtful, and dedicated. The standard she's built at Forest Hill Centre reflects that.
