Disappointment with a capital 'D'. I dropped off my F350 dual tired truck, along with 6 new tires for mounting and balancing. The spare needed to be changed out also. When I returned home with the truck I noticed only 2 of 7 valve stems had been replaced, and 2 of the old ones were leaking air. Then, I saw the mechanical gouges on each of the aluminum custom wheels. Each of 5 aluminum wheels had 12 distinct gouges in the rim. If you are looking for an honest dependable place to take your car Forest Hill Automotive is the place. I was treated so well it was hard to believe I didn’t know the people who work there. They will do exactly what they are supposed to do which is be honest about repairing your vehicle. Their customer service seriously couldn’t get any better. I was so impressed and will return if I have any more vehicle issues.
Nick at Forest Hill Automotive was fantastic! This shop had fast, friendly customer service- I was able to bring my car in within the hour of when I called, and they fixed my jammed seatbelt free of charge! Thank you for helping ease my day! I highly recommend this automotive garage!
