Since September, I have resided in this apartment before finalizing the lease agreement. I inquired about the possibility of viewing the apartment prior to signing the lease, but the landlord informed me that the apartment was undergoing renovations. I rarely ever leave bad reviews but unfortunately, this place deserves one. For paying over $1900 in rent, this complex has really bad mice issues. My family has been here all of three months, and we've seen five mice in our unit. It's really unfortunate because the units are beautiful. But no one from management or even corporate, seems to care about these issues so we are looking to relocate ASAP. These apartments have very bad mice problems they never come and fix anything I have be call them bout my stove and the mice been in their and they never came to fix the problem … so I had to move
