It's a new lady that work at that renter office and she is very rude and disrespectful
My daughter just recently put a review out using my phone. What she said was a big misunderstanding so disregard that. I’ve never lived on the property so I don’t know what’s it’s like living there. But I do know the ladies in the rental office are very professional I felt like I was at home. The office was clean and smelled nice. And every one was dressed professionally. I lived here for three years. Pros: My apartment was beautiful. I miss it dearly. This place is basically perfect. All utilities included. Pool. Bus access when we had it. Cons: management at all levels are piss poor. From Damiesha who was the most disrespectful person you will ever meet. Tassia was negligent and impossible to deal with. The administrative side has a lot of inconsistencies with record keeping When you point things out they blow you off "we'll fix it" they don't Reaching out to the Corporate office doesn't resolve issues either
