No one help you they cant tell you why your rent so high when everyone else is less and all they say is call corporate and they never answer there phone
This Property has the Worst manager ever All she does is threaten the residents The office staff gives all attitude and disrespect to the residents The apartments are falling apart they have mice, bugs, and more The upkeep on the outside of the property has not been maintained I had to call Corporate, and ever since then I've been a target Update (8/9/2026) This is ridiculous The property Manager and Cheyanna Can sit in the office giving residents dirty looks and attitude but you can't fix the
If I could give zero i would. I moved in in September and the amount of holes from mice is ridiculous. Found 3 dead in my kids laundry. 3 dead on my front. 1 ran across my counter. A dead bird. And the run around is constant. They only seem to threaten inspection if you are late or have a balance but refuse to come see the issues. Pest control sucks and according to them if u refuse they charge you for it. There has been a massive hole in the hvac closet and mice are eating through. Since September, I have resided in this apartment before finalizing the lease agreement. I inquired about the possibility of viewing the apartment prior to signing the lease, but the landlord informed me that the apartment was undergoing renovations.
