I called Shane to enquire about installing new air conditioning systems, and he took the time to have a really thorough conversation with me about what I actually needed. In the end, he honestly recommended a much cheaper option, even though it meant he would lose business. He also passed on details of someone who could help service my existing units instead. It’s rare to come across that level of honesty and integrity. Really appreciated his genuine, helpful approach.
Shane and Jordan have installed 2 central reverse cycle systems and 3 split systems over the last 10 years and couldn’t be happier with their work. The most recent central system is fully electric and each room is zoned so temperature can be independently controlled. We love it!
Shane & his team did an incredible job replacing our old evaporative cooling and gas ducted heating with a far more efficient reverse cycle system - we love our new setup, especially the zoning. Installation, clean up and education around the new system were all done brilliantly. Highly recommend!
