Initial Move In - 5/5: My partner and I are extremely impressed with the customer service and support we received from the staff. They have been communicative, friendly, helpful, and proactive. Specifically, I would like to mention Kayla Lopez and Gloria Narez, who have been quick to answer my questions and help make my move-in process seamless. The maintenance team is exceptional overall, but I would like to highlight a particular instance. We experienced a midnight emergency with a leaking toilet and contacted the maintenance emergency line. Jose responded promptly and resolved the issue swiftly. We are deeply grateful for his quick action and assistance and for taking the time to come back to the apartments this late.
Well,I've lived here now 6 months, apparently there's new owners,I had addressed these issues months ago but got nowhere,first; my living room floor has a huge dip in it going downhill,my ceiling is cracking,my living room ceiling raises up if I push on it,my windows are barley hanging in and ready to fall out,my bathroom ceiling has mold,there's a short in the electrical and my power box hasn't been inspected or updated since 1988, my water and garb utility doubled in 4 months from $75 to $150 for no reason, myPGE quadruple... read more
Completely Ignored by Management - Unsafe and frustrating experience. Living here has been incredibly frustrating. I have reached out to management several times about ongoing issues, and noting ever gets resolved. Off leash dogs are a regular problem, despite clear rules. People let their dogs run around freely, and it creates safety concerns. I have reported it multiple times with zero actions taken. This is also supposed to be a non-smoking property, yet residents smoke openly. Again, I have reported it and it is ignored.... read more
Saturday a complaint was made about smoking I respect that rule however I don’t not feel safe any longer the man that reported us is tormenting us throwing stuff at my apartment hitting my walls and threatening to break my limbs and hurt our children he follows us in and out of our apartment and is scaring my one year old children please do something about this as I realize smoking is against the rules but I don’t deserve this at all he is also making slurs about my sexuality and telling me to preform sexual acts on him I do... read more
