Jose in maintenance is amazing! He did a great job fixing my dishwasher.
Do not move here. Management does not return phone calls or respond to emails. You have to hound them to get any response. There is a dog shit problem, and it is not addressed. They recently purchased this property from another company, and somehow seem to be only staffing one or two employees for hundreds of tenants. The units are outdated, the prices aren’t competitive and amenities suck. Their swimming pool is regularly closed, and the office closes at random times.
Jose is the best maintenance yet! He stayed hours extra late on a Friday night. Really went the extra mile, very friendly, and professional!
The staff here are very friendly and keep the place looking very nice.i love my new home,,it's very spacious and I can't wait to try out the fireplace,and the hot tub! There's also a gym,a tennis court & basketball court Im looking forward to this summer. All in all it's a very nice and quiet place
The change in management has been over a month and we have yet to receive a way to contact the new management. We had a leaking faucet that could have flooded our apartment if not for our efforts. They told us someone was coming and we heard nothing for 2 weeks after they no showed. The people who came to fix it gave us a faulty sink with no stopper and told us they wouldn’t “be a happy camper” if we pulled the hose out too far and they had to come repair it.
