We are going under new management AGAIN. Our water has been shut off numerous times last second and utilities have gone up. You can never get a hold of anybody. You also pay a portion to use the community room that’s not even accessible. WE WANT OUT

Ownership doesnt care. Its impossible to talk to someone at the office without going in. Utilities have doubled since new management took over. Last year was paying 100-125 a month now its 250 every month. Waters been shut off for the 5th time this month already. At least once a week water is shut off and we get charged for the loss of water. Here i am 5 days after initial review because water is off again. Every bad review is 100% accurate, and ill add that when your rent wity utilities comes out to waaaay more than expected and you have to pay rent late, they will not only charge a HUGE late fee, but also send out a letter threatening to terminate your lease. Even though their apts are falling apart and have leaks all over the place. And good luck getting furniture in the tiny, poorly placed door ways.
