A receptionist with horrible manners felt the need to tell me she has been trying to call me several times with a very annoyed tone in her voice. I was shocked. I called her on it and she denied it. So rude. She felt the need to scold me before telling me why she was calling. Terrible.
Just one quick question? Are the employees (reception staff) there for my benefit or am I there for their benefit? They act like they are doing me a favor, when all I had was a simple question. I just witnessed five women standing around while the phone was ringing and ringing..."they'll call back" ...honest that's what I heard! The doctors are good.....but the employees....?

Dr. Robert Kavaler is awesome I have been going to see him since he owned the practice, but now that Hackensack took over the front desk & customer service is like going to the DMV horrible. They never pick the phone during work hours and when I leave messages with the staff seems like they don't do their job because I have to call back several times and still no call back from the doctor. Highly recommend new patients to stay away.
