This is an excellent facility! Very clean and the staff was wonderful to my mother during her stay there! I would highly recommend this place for rehabilitation. Special thanks to Yvonne White!!!
This place is AWESOME at all aspects. My wife's mom is now a permanent resident there and they provide something others don't and that is they care about their residents and don't look at them as $$ signs.My mother-in-law has improved 100% under their care and that is an blessing since we are 2 hours away.Kudos to all. We were very lucky to find such a caring facility for my father. He had two excellent nurses, Ameka aka Meek and Tina. Meek was very patient with my father and helped him with his morning routine. Tina helped sort an appointment and was excellent keeping us informed. I would definitely recommend to others.
My father was here for almost 5 weeks for rehab after a fall and I can’t say enough about this facility. All of the staff was kind, patient and supportive. The therapists were all wonderful and you had therapy every weekday as promised. The nursing staff was stellar and we will miss them all, but I have to mention Bianca who is exceptional. Forrest Health and rehab is a wonderful place to be if you're thinking of a nursing home. I was there for rehab and they are awesome. When I went I couldn't walk but I'm leaving walking. The physical therapist that I had Tanisha is wonderful . She pushes you to do the work but in a nice way She is awesome. If you have to go there for PT ask for her she is the bomb. All the staff there is very nice and I mean all staff Go to Forest Health and Rehab if you need rehab or a nursing home.
