It's OK for an old building. Needs more than 2 washers & dryers for a 39 unit building. Pros: near Forest Park transfer station (CTA Blue line, various PACE buses), WalMart is around a mile away to the south & Jewel/Osco is just over 1/2 mile north, relatively quiet neighborhood considering Madison ave is near (Doc Ryans is a popular bing-drinking spot for many). I lived here for just over two years from 2010-2012 and had a great experience with the property management. Cute little vintage apartments and close to do much richness.
I had a bad experience. With the realtor she was very rude and unprofessional.I will never recommended a friend or anyone to this realtor
