10/10 place to live. Cheryl is great. Tenants are amazing and the place is really well kept! You can tell how much time they spent on the upkeep and its all really well done. All the boxes are checked and overall a really great place to live. Would recommend 100%.
Cheryl really is the best landlord I have ever had. The hallways and entrance are always clean and if you ever have a question/concern she is quick to get back to you.
They torture us with years of 12 hours a day construction noise that shakes your apartment. Constant power, water and internet outages. No compensation or care for their long standing tenants. They raise the rent every opportunity they can with no benefit to the renters in anyway. A disgusting company that feeds of the housing crisis for their own profit.
You won’t find a better landlord than Cheryl. She is very accommodating and flexible in her scheduling. She is always available to talk and address your concerns, very promptly. The buildings are older but you don’t realize with how amazingly clean Cheryl keeps them. Additionally, If you are a student/first time renter, she is very helpful in getting you adjusted and set up in your new place!
Moderately priced: $800 or so, not including hydro but including cable but not Internet. The apartments are needing renovations and the building is old. The renos done are lack luster. The company running it has a good manager on site who is very helpful. They are small, good for one person but not overly affordable. For two people the price is pretty good but it would be cramped living. The location is one of its major benefits, it is close to the green belt and in a safe area.
