Very helpful staff,
Nhu-Y was amazing! She understood our rushed time frame and helped us with every step. She made the impossible possible! The whole place looks clean and new; I know my mom will love it!
My mother-in-law has been a resident now for 2.5 months and I purposely waited to give a review once she was settled in. The best part of the process was working with Nhu-Y in the Leasing Department. She worked quickly, efficiently and communicated well, which we appreciate! After the move, it feels that all communication has been completely cut off. Nhu-Y is the absolute best. She was proactive to find a great fit for my in-laws, and then went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to get the apartment. She was kind, caring, and empathetic to our difficult situation. I really can't thank her enough!!
