Here...EVERYTHING WORKS, if there are questions maintenence is ON IT...
My in-laws have been here for almost 1 year. The office staff are not helpful and they are very condescending to some of the residents. My in-laws are in their 80s and they deserve to be treated with respect and dignity at this point in their life. I hope someone from corporate or the owners will reach out to me so we can express our concerns.
