My in-laws have been here for almost 1 year. The office staff are not helpful and they are very condescending to some of the residents. My in-laws are in their 80s and they deserve to be treated with respect and dignity at this point in their life. I hope someone from corporate or the owners will reach out to me so we can express our concerns.

Nhu-Y was amazing! She understood our rushed time frame and helped us with every step. She made the impossible possible! The whole place looks clean and new; I know my mom will love it!
My mother-in-law has been a resident now for 2.5 months and I purposely waited to give a review once she was settled in. The best part of the process was working with Nhu-Y in the Leasing Department. She worked quickly, efficiently and communicated well, which we appreciate! After the move, it feels that all communication has been completely cut off.
