I was an almost 3-year resident at Forest Glen, and this by far has been one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. The maintenance team is amazing and super responsive (never had a work order request take longer than 24 hours before being helped). The gardeners are the sweetest and always go above and beyond to keep the areas looking beautiful. The staff are super helpful with the move-out process! if we were not PCS'ing i would 100% stay here! all my neighbors have always been super respectful and welcoming.... read more
Had a leak in our tube, when I put in a request maintenance was quick. Rubin from Conan came on a Saturday afternoon. He was so helpful. I appreciate them really being helpful and on top of requests.
I have lived here since summer of 2021 and recently the drain in my shower started having a horrid smell coming from it like sewage. First thing is I addressed the manager and said I would like a work order in to have my drain looked at which they proceeded to tell me “it’s more of a perfume issue” they all smell that way here in the apartments. This is a hidden gem. Such a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. I have visited this property a few times and every time I walk into it, I have been greeted with kindness by Pearl and Michael. Michael is the Community Manager. I appreciate how he is always engaged and approachable. You don’t always see that at other properties. I highly recommend Forest Glen .
