I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are unprofessional and will lie to you just to take your money. When I originally contacted this apartment complex, they told me that the rent was one price and then when I called back two weeks later, they increased the rent $50 without letting me know they were doing that. I dated a man who lives here. The floors and doors need to be replaced. In fact the door that was supposed to be upstairs was never replaced and it took over a year to replace the storm door downstairs that was removed before he moved in. The bathroom is very rundown and needs to be redone 100%. The window fixtures were very flimsy and one actually kept falling down in the bedroom. Worst place to live. Propert manager dave saunders do not care about maintaining the property. Roof is coritated, inside my apr ceiling is leaking, gutters not clean, dumpsters remove for couple weeks for non-pay. All they care about is the rent money. Please do not move here, marvin raab and dave saunders are just wicked men with a dark soul in their hearts

Slum and unprofessional my daughter lives here with her 15 month old daughter and has had no AC for 3 months. Every time she reaches out to the property manager they are rude and can care less, about the conditions of the apartment. They even told her that AC is a luxury during these hot months. She also has had a leaking problem since moving in last year that is now a health hazard due to the presence of black mold developing on the bathroom ceiling from the leaking. They are well aware of the conditions of the apartment.
