I just finished a six week challenge at Forest Fit and I loss 22 lbs and i feel great. The the trainers are amazing and very supportive. What a great community to be a associated with.

My husband and I just finished a 6-week challenge at Forest Fit. We were both successful and won the challenge: he lost over 20 lbs. and I lost over 5% of my body fat! We could not have done this without the guidance of our amazing trainer, Karen. She was patient, supportive, and encouraging to us. Although neither of us had ever done crossfit based workouts, Karen guided us through and helped with some of the exercises we had never done before. I was a participant in the 6-week challenge and amazed how knowledgeable their staff is about how to lose weight, keep it off, define a nutritional plan, and train you getting results. My wife and I wanted to lose those lack of working out pounds so we did it as partners supporting one another. The established goal for the program is 20 lbs. or 5% body fat, one or the other which ever happens for you.
