It took the staff in this practice over a month to submit the correct paperwork so that I could schedule a diagnostic mammogram. I was given wrong and conflicting information. As a former health care provider I have never experienced such incompetence. A one star rating is too generous for this practice.
As a new patient, I had a lot of questions to ask and they've always been very helpful since I started working with them :)
Do not go to this practice. Two waves of doctors have left. It is a sinking ship.
I've been going to this practice for 10 years loved every doctor that I've had except the last one never ever touched me or even listen to my chest doesn't know anything about Medicare and diabetes I was 2 months late for my 6-month checkup it was denied an appointment I also got a very angry voicemail from Tiffany shack assistant I have proof of all of the appointment and phone calls that I've tried to make wish I had found another practice sooner!!!! Thumbs down 👎
