Forest Direct Primary Care is personal medical care. You personally get to know your doctor and nurse, plus the staff. You know them and they know you. And, your appointment time is your own, you don't spend time in a waiting area.
I have truly appreciated the kindness and help Dr. Swartz has provided to me over the years. No waiting for appointments, prompt email replies to questions or concerns. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I’m very thankful especially since there is such a shortage of doctors in Lynchburg.
