My son chipped several teeth when he was hit in the chin while playing basketball. He is terrified of needles and scared to go to the dentist. Dr. Nockowitz was able to calm his fears. She smoothed and bonded his teeth without having to numb him. Dr. Nockowitz took her time and did an amazing job! My son’s smile is as good as new!
Skilled people, friendly, but it appears that $ is a key driver for treatment and insurance. Most offices will work with you on insurance, but we were not offered a choice on a basic cleaning vs a "maintenance" cleaning. Impact was $140 bill to us vs a $20 copay, and $50 more for them for what was basically the same cleaning. They were fully aware of the insurance limitations and would not attempt to work with us or even give us a choice. Moving to another dentist, but strictly for that reason, not for any other reason.
tooth extraction 1 star Older woman set out tools with no gloves. I immediately within a few hours,got an infection. Hard to get on phone after hours to get pyscription for antibiotic. They said it was cracked but it wasent ,now I have a bridge I didnt want. My only extraction & I am 67 years old.After getting infection,I went somewhere else to get bridge.
Great office and the tank looks pretty clean to me!
doesn't look like they clean the fish tank either....but...the finials on the waiting room curtain rod are pretty!
beware the x-ray tech who doesn't know right from left and tries to also scrape and impale with needles without letting your mouth numb first... seriously ask for someone else.
Great dental office, very friendly staff and the doctor does fantastic work and is extremely gentle!
