Very neglectful.Mosr staff are hateful and don’t care .It needs shut down
From the moment I entered Forest Creek Village, I could feel the warmth of their staff and residents. I have worked in healthcare for 28 years and the leadership team at this facility is top notch. You can tell they truly love their job and it shows. I was most impressed with seeing the residents with a smile on their face and waving their hands saying hello to me. The building did have some renovations happening but it looks great and smelled good. I was pleased with my visit.
My grandma loves this place the employees and management are great, and director of nursing is top tier!!
Forest Creek employees people who genuinely care for those they serve. The care my lived one received was above and beyond. I so appreciate how helpful and kind the staff was everything I encountered them while visiting.
Forest Creek has amazing staff and has done an amazing job at creating an updated, clean, and positive environment. The Director of nursing and Executive Director of the building actually care and go above and beyond.
