I have a brother in Forest Creek Village. I could not be more happy with the choice we made. From the time you walk in to visit, you are greeted by a very pleasant and with a smile receptionist. The office staff, nursing staff, nursing aides, cooks, and cleaning people are all nice and most know me by my name. Most of all, the staff was as supportive to me, as much as they were to my brother. I had a great experience with a friend at this facility. The medical team was top notch and the care received was compassionate. All staff members were patient and committed to the goals and wellbeing of my loved one.
Forest Creek Village is a tight knit community that makes you feel like home when you walk in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Patrice in Admission Is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help in any situation. Keep up the great work.
Reply to Facility: I've already reported concerns to admin, corporate etc. My mom who has POA has even requested complete records numerous times and all communications have stopped. Edit: if anyone wants to share their experience further please message me on FB.
