Have to say, never been more lied to and more disappointed in a place. Horrible communication, I've submitted, at least, 2 applications and every time I've called they've never been able to give me clear-cut, accessible answers. No communication, whatsoever. This place is certainly biased and non inclusive, and its embarrassingly apparent. If you're the landlord, reading this, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. This is dealing with people's livelihood, especially in a manner like this. If I could, I would BBB you.

Great place to rent. Lived here for 3 years. Good price for very nice apartments. Friendly staff, that made quick repairs the few times it needed. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a apartment.

I lived here for four years. Management is always friendly. Maintenance was prompt on things that needed done. Never had any issues with other tenants. Fairly professional type neighborhood. It empties out at 7am and fills up at 5pm. The older buildings recently had new roofs and siding installed so they look nice. Interior is well laid out. Parking is nice but can be a little tight on the weekends when people have friends over. Only complaint is the snow removal. The contractor they use leaves a lot to be desired. If you ne... read more
