The old man in the front desk is a racist. I came in with a friend to ask for information and the first thing he asked is if they spoke English. He said they don’t rent to people that don’t speak English. When her husband said he spoke English he then asked how many people will live there. When I told him, he said no we can’t do that. I called to inquire about residency and the guy I spoke with kept talking to me like I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about with my SERVICE dog. Not an ESA animal... SERVICE DOG... you should probably train your people in proper ADA laws ESPECIALLY the questions you are allowed to ask regarding a service animal.
This apartment complex has declined over the years. What was once a great community is now a nightmare under the owner, a senile 70 yr old man (Jim). The 2-bedroom apartments have wood floors, but they offer no sound insulation, so you can hear every footstep from upstairs. Noise is a constant issue, with cars being broken into, gunshots heard at night, and loitering in the parking lot at night.
