Get the run around when you call for availability. They don't respond to emails. Kinda hard to rent a place when they don't answer.
Nothing has been done here, they raised our rent to 700. We barely can afford it. Inside moldy, water coming up in kitchen sink, everything falling apart.
Forest Creek Family Apartments in Montrose MI is a complete nightmare. The owner of the place never wants to fix anything. The roof is leaking above one of the upstairs apartments - they refuse to get it fixed. Several apartments there is a major problem with the wiring (which is a MAJOR fire hazard). There is mildew and mold all around the outside of the buildings (which is a MAJOR health risk). Yet the owner refuses to spend the money to get these things fixed. You have been warned - don't even consider moving here.
