If this is your first apartment I suggest looking somewhere else. Every month I get charged over $250 in fees and utilities that wasn’t talked about prior to me moving in or didn’t state in the lease. The bathtub was peeling, kitchen drawers were broken, the bedroom door didnt close unless slammed shut. All you smell is marijuana from upstairs neighbors. 10/3/2025 Update Front Office & Leasing Communication was difficult from the start—getting a call back to confirm availability was like pulling teeth. Even though the website showed vacancies (and I verified a unit in person), I was told none were available. Lease renewal was also handled poorly: my first offer was ~$150 higher than my current rent, which later dropped to $50 over.
