JANICE IS AMAZING. she showed me a tour gave me accurate details and information and her overall spirit was absolutely amazing! Something that’s fosters a positive environment for the residents. Janice was a big factor in my decision to move here. Her welcoming spirit and patience with my son (he was being a bit fussy during our visit) let me knows that she understands and can adapt & is so genuine! I’m so happy to have gotten her help with this process :)
I’ve lived here for around a year and the one thing that has stood out most to me would be the staff, whether it’s maintenance, leasing, or landscaping. Everyone who works for the property is super kind, helpful and will go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy. Aylin and Janis were super helpful when I went to resign my lease, I happened to miss a step and they called to make sure I resigned properly. The new manager ayun pena is absolutely amazing she gets right on top of maintenance request and makes sure they are taking care of ... shows that she really cares about the people that live in apartments . Keep up the awesome work .
Been living here for the past 3 months! So far I have encountered an absolutely amazing staff! Big S/O to Aylin our property manager!
I want to give a huge shout-out to our new property manager, Aylin! She just started, but she hit the ground running. She immediately stepped in and took care of everything that needed to be done in my unit. She is amazing and such a breath of fresh air!
