I had an issue with my AC during the recent hot weather, and unfortunately my apartment became extremely hot. I contacted management, and they responded very quickly. They sent someone to inspect the AC, identified the problem, and the repair was started the very next morning. The management team here is excellent. Brooke and Janice have taken the time and care appropriate to helping me with any one of my needs! They are a breath of fresh air from the places I have dealt with in the past! 10/10!
Overall this apartment complex was good throughout my lease. Other reviewers seem to expect perfection from this complex as if it’s not one of the cheapest in Conroe and obviously a bit older. The maintenance team was great, I had a list of things that were missed during my move in that were fixed immediately following me submitting a request online. 6+ things fixed within 24 hours of submitting the same day.
