Josh and Elicia have made living here such a wonderful experience! They are the apartment managers here and always take care of any issues as fast as possible! Our 25 year old dishwasher went out on Monday and Josh put a new one in on Friday! Along with that, the apartments are beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. Myself, my wife, and our cat live very happily here and live peacefully knowing we are well taken care of! Thanks again Josh and Elicia!
My husband and I have lived here for just over six months, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The complex is in a great location—just a minute from the freeway entrance—but you’d never know it. Despite being so close to major roads, the noise is minimal. I LOVE this place!! It's very peaceful. Just the sanctuary I need after work. Every apartment has a view of the creek that runs through it. I was a little worried when there was a management change( due to medical issues) but Josh and Elicia are super. They are always on top of things and take care of any issues right away. If you're looking for a place to live I highly recommend this place.
Very quiet and responsible residents but the property mgr is chaotic immature volatile and vindictive. No telling what you do to set her off. The only drama here is instigated by her need for narcissistic supply. She has different rules for different residents depending on how she feels about you. If she doesn't like you....she will stalk you by phone internet or even your family. She openly makes fun of her former disabled partners bathroom issues. Who would do that? Despicable. If you can tune out evil u will survive
