I posted my review on google with all of my concerns and what we’ve had to deal with, their response was to contact the office.. this is the conversation that ensued. I’m not sure but I believe that paying for our parking fee is in our lease and they are violating the terms of that lease by making us pay again to park in the same lot. They haven’t offered me any apologies, or compensation. Very rude responses.. like when our water got shut off today with no warning, the response was oh it was only off for 20 mins. This complex is absolutely awful and has a horrible team in the office if you want to hate where you live come to Forest Cove they’ll fulfill that really quick. There is no diligent effort in resolving any maintenance issues. I feel bad for their maintenance crew because they are unfortunately just working to get a paycheck with the same slumlords and management that all the residents deal with.
