In 2013 I had a surgery done at the Flagstaff Medical Center where everyone on that surgery was paid out by insurance. In January of 2020, almost 7 years later, I received a call from a collections agency forcing me to pay $1100 that was billed incorrectly by Forest Country Anesthesia years ago. On the document, you can clearly see that they billed the wrong insurance and put the wrong phone number on their records. Do not go here they will surprise you 7 years later when you are trying to buy a house!!!!!

Recently Dr. Kumasaka was my Anesthesiologist for shoulder replacement. Excellent...highly recommended.

Go somewhere else if you can, anesthesiologist made a mistake during the procedure, left me in a lot of pain for over a week after.

I went to Google to find their phone number and saw the two other reviews here. I was shocked to see them report having the same experience as me. I was never contacted in regards to owing a balance and then I am suddenly hit with a letter from a debt collections agency. I always pay my bills - so long as I am actually billed. This is an egregious mistake and they should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism in this matter.
