I cannot stress enough the AMAZING service and QUALITY of work we have received from Forest City Pools over the years. From the wonderful and friendly voices you hear when you call the office. Then the prompt, excellent and trustworthy service we receive from all the guys! It truly is a real pleasure dealing with everyone and worth the money spent. Forest City Pools designed and built our pool, deck and cabana in 2016. Since that time, we have had Forest City Pools open and close our pool as well as deal with maintenance issues. We have been pleased with their prompt service and good advice on more than one occasion. Most recently, we wanted to reschedule our pool opening to an earlier date because we learned that our grandchildren would be visiting when our pool was still not going to be open. Forest city pool is amazing. I deal with Lucas most of the time he is excellent always quick to respond to his phone calls or text messages. Deliver stuff to the building very friendly and amazing to work with definitely highly recommend these guys if you want to to maintain your commercial pool or you can just maintain your Home pool they’re amazing people.
We purchased a home 17 years ago which emphasized a "Forest City Pool" in its listing.
