Today Hayden and his team arrived to do my yearly pool opening. It is never simple because of my solar heat system, deck jets and tiny yard full of perennials, but as usual the boys did a terrific job setting us up for another summer. I think what sets FCP&P apart is the congenial service. The fellas are always willing to pause to explain things (or re-explain) with a smile. We recently used the services of Forest City Pools while on vacation. Its the first time I let anyone else care for my pool. I look forward to booking them again in the future. Thank you for your top notch customer service.
We’ve been using their excellent opening/closing/repair services for over twenty years. The service provided is always performed by Steve Henderson who is friendly, professional and very efficient. We just returned from a 7 day vacation. During that time our T15 cell (low salt system) stopped working which turned our pool green. We called their office on Monday and Tuesday morning Steve dropped by to change the T15 cell (11 years old) and shocked the pool. That’s prompt and efficient service.
