Had an appointment booked since Last November for September this year to see Dr.Gibson for my Parkinsons. Without notice a week and a half before my appt I got a call from University Hospital to be there the next day, I live nine hours away and had arrangements made for Sept. 8th...no idea why I was transferred to the SPARC clinic at UHL...very poorly run office for Dr.Gibson, and receptionist called me a week later saying they we're closed the week before and didn't get my message.. I have had Dr. Gibson as my neurologist for about a year. He is patient, thorough, pleasant and very good at following up. I would recommend him.

I had been referred twice by my doctor and twice there was an extreme lack of communication from this office. An appointment had been booked but I was not notified at all. There was no contact made from the clinic, not even once to confirm/cancel/rebook. No voicemail, text, or email, even though they claim to have tried to contact me. I tried calling the office multiple times (before and after my alleged appointment date), left voicemails, and yet no one responded.
