I had been referred twice by my doctor and twice there was an extreme lack of communication from this office. An appointment had been booked but I was not notified at all. There was no contact made from the clinic, not even once to confirm/cancel/rebook. No voicemail, text, or email, even though they claim to have tried to contact me. I tried calling the office multiple times (before and after my alleged appointment date), left voicemails, and yet no one responded. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. They were also extremely responsive to my emails, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and were very helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I was diagnosed with MS in 1997 by Dr. Trevor Gray, at St Michael's Hospital MS Clinic. I went there for continued follow up for 7 yrs. When I saw Dr. Berger, he didn't even know how to do a eye exam in the right order nor how to check my Plantar. He kept asking me who referred me. I told him. He had a MRI of my brain done. When I returned he said I had alot of lesions on my brain but my spinal chord was fine. I didn't have a MRI of my spinal chord so I guess he's Psychic. The staff was friendly and compassionate and we felt well looked after for the brief time we were there.
