Company technitian came to fix out dead furnace within 30 minutes after the call. Thank you for the super fast service and the excellent, quality job.
We moved to a new home and called the Forest City technician over to look at our furnace as we saw the sticker on the furnace which had their number written on it. A technician came to our house and said everything was fine but after he left, our house smelt like gas. We had to call the emergency Embridge in the middle of the night and they said the gas was leaking. When I mean the whole house smelt, I mean it. Absolutely disappointed by the lack of expertise. Do not use them!
