I bought my 2017 Focus RS from forestcitymazda. The car itself is great, but communication was frustrating — I often had to follow up several times to get updates. The delivery took about two weeks instead of the promised one due to scheduling and transport delays. When the engine light came on, I later found out I could’ve gone to a local dealer instead of driving all the way to London. The service department, however, was helpful once I got in touch.
