There is one thing that really annoyed me about dealerships are the key fob battery situation. Mazda charges you just to change the key battery, even though it’s something you can easily do yourself in a few minutes. If your key fob battery dies, just go on YouTube, search your Mazda model and year, and there are step-by-step videos showing exactly how to change it. No special tools, no dealership visit needed. Save yourself the time and money—don’t pay Mazda for something you can do at home for the cost of a battery.

From the start to end, Nick my service advisor was professional, kind and communicative. I appreciated the fact that he was there at any given moment to walk me through what was required and options available.
Went here to look at cars, sales guy did not seem interested at all in showing me the car I had to pull teeth to get answers. Did not offer to take it for a test nothing. Maybe I just looked to poor I don't know? Regardless went across the road and bought a car from them.
