I’m very disappointed with the experience. I was initially told the service would take two hours, but it ended up taking three. After paying $400 for my annual service, I find brown grease stains all over my white seats. Despite my best efforts, I haven’t been able to fully remove the stains, and it looks like I’ll need to have the seats professionally cleaned. I reached out to Forest City Mazda directly to see if they would help make this right and no response.
I purchased my car from here last week and the entire process - initial phone call, test drives, follow-up, purchase - has been so smooth and amazing! A huge thank you to Ethan, who was the dealer. Last September I was on a last minute trip to Chicago but had a service light on so thought of stopping by Forest City Mazda for the first time & getting my oil change done and be on my way.
