Unfortunately my review reflects more of my experience with Mazda Canada than the dealership but I need to point out the issues I experienced with the lease of my new 2026 CX5. I leased the vehicle in early July and on the 2nd day of ownership, the car stated reporting error messages in the dash. The severity of the alerts was unclear but one indicated to get serviced ASAP. I had a very disappointing experience with the salesperson at this Mazda dealership. The customer service was extremely poor, and the attitude I received was unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt like my questions and concerns were not taken seriously, and the salesperson did not make me feel valued as a customer. From start to finish, my experience with Dane and Andrea was wonderful. Dane is kind, caring, funny and genuinely listens without interrupting. He made the entire process feel comfortable and easy.
