Very disappointing experience. False commitments and fake promises — once you’re out of the dealership with the keys, they take you for granted. I was never told about the rebate requirements, and when I followed up, I got completely different explanations. Sales staff really need proper training on professionalism, transparency, and ethics. I was actually planning to upgrade to an SUV with Mazda this new year, but after this experience, definitely not anymore.
Excellent experience. Staff was great to deal with and everything was as promised. Hats off to Kenedi and Marc for their efforts.

I had a great time at Forest City Mazda. We purchased our vehicle with a client rep, Emily who was incredible. She worked around our busy schedules and provided very timely updates when trying to find the vehicle we want. This dealership was very honest in what they could and couldn’t do and helped us get the car we want. Thanks for being so great Emily!
