I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel comfortable and safe. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and gets things fixed in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Andi (our property manager) is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I had a great experience with Andi in the leasing office. She is someone who cares about her tenants. She made sure all my needs were met and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

I lived here in 2013 and when I left I turned in a 30 notice but 2 years later I get a letter stating I owe them $426.00 cause I didnt turn in a notice. But the management that was there when I left was no longer with them well I dont know what she did with it. But on top of that the management they have now is never in the office and dont return any calls cause I've been trying to reach them about what I owe and havent reached them at all.

Me and my spouse have been waiting on a apartment since July of 2019 and now it’s going on October of 2019. We would have set apartments but always get turned down and someone else would end up taking our home. I requested a refund and no refund was giving! I would NOT recommend the apartments to anyone. They are disrespectful and unorganized.
