I have lived here for 4 years. The manager we have now has really worked hard to help the longer term tenants feel valued by making sure we get some upgrades we deserve and need. Our area is very nice, quiet and I am happy here. Good neighbors and nice location , and a nice manager.

I had a great experience with Andi in the leasing office. She is someone who cares about her tenants. She made sure all my needs were met and was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process.

I lived here in 2013 and when I left I turned in a 30 notice but 2 years later I get a letter stating I owe them $426.00 cause I didnt turn in a notice. But the management that was there when I left was no longer with them well I dont know what she did with it. But on top of that the management they have now is never in the office and dont return any calls cause I've been trying to reach them about what I owe and havent reached them at all.
