Ordered custom wedding bands, we are from NJ. unable to get a price from them for weeks. Always said they’d call me back and never did. Incessantly called them everyday, left messages. When we finally got the rings, they were the wrong size. 2 sizes too big. When we ordered custom rings from them in the spring - 2 sizes too small. Unreliable sizing and ineffective communication.
