After living in the forest avenue village for 2 years I have nothing but great things to say! Christie and Kevin truly go above and beyond to address tenant concerns and maintain a safe, clean, and happy community. I would recommend this property to anyone!
The worst experience ever! Changed management several times lead to a lot of confusion. The apartments are built very cheap (bedroom doors are plywood painted white). The appliances don’t work (my oven has never pre heated but maintenance says that can’t fix it). The management sold my parking spot out from under me, etc. etc. If you have ANYWHERE else to live, please save yourself a lot of time, hassle, and money and do so.
