The only place I take my car. Mike and his crew are the best.
I started to have car trouble while driving and Forest Automotive was the only auto repair shop that told me “We are slammed, but if you can get it here now we can take a look at it and see what’s going on. We don’t want you to get in trouble out on the road.” Everyone else just said, “Sorry, we are busy.” They fixed my car and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the repairs. Overly helpful, everyone is friendly, immensely trustworthy. Great automotive shops start with a pillar of honesty and helpfulness above all else. We have pretty high standards and they've met them all.
Kudos to Dave and his crew. Had an appointment to have the turn signal on my truck looked at. Walked out 5 minutes later, truck fixed and no charge. Pleasure to deal with.
Thank you for being competent and honest. We had a lot of trouble getting our daughter's car fixed correctly before we brought it to you. And when I picked it up and we had yet another problem, you fixed it right away and were very respectful and honest of the situation. Thank you so much for your help and understanding! (And for having mechanics who knew what they were doing!) It's not easy finding people these days who are true to there word and have common decency toward people.
