This Apartment building is Absolutely Awful. Not very well looked after, lots of degenerate riff raff people that hang around, back alley is awful, full of garbage most the time, front street is full of garbage, very rough place in a rough part of Edmonton. Not recommended
I leased one of the bachelor apartments during my temporary stay in Canada (6 months) and I loved it. It offered exactly what was shown on the website with every piece of furniture in good condition. All personnel were friendly, patient, and very open to help with any questions. That includes Deanna (Leasing Specialist), Colette (Collections Specialist), José (Maintenance), Charlyn (Leasing Specialist), and a couple of call center support agents I contacted.
