Princeton recently had a fire displacing multiple residents, those affected voiced their opinions across many platforms online and pointed out the neglect and lack of communication by the property management company. Sure Princeton sent an email acknowledging a fire happened happened; 48 hours later they sent another email outlining the new towing company they partnered with and how now there will be foot patrollers on the grounds scoping out cars.... I delivered a package to my brother’s address and come to find out the package was stolen just a couple mins after delivery The funny thing is, this isn’t the first time a package got stolen. I told Princeton and they said “email us after this happens again” Not only that, the intense smell of marijuana reeks the building; my brother has a 18 month old and this isn’t the environment they should be exposed to. Princeton is a poor excuse for a property management company.
I've been at Princeton Bradford for only a few months and I have already had my mail stolen here. Don't bother reporting it to the leasing office because they could not care less about your concerns. Other tenants have thrown their own laundry in my already running washer to get a free wash on my tab, which is just insanity. People stay in their cars at all hours of the night and stare at you ominously as you walk to and from your car. Tenants in my building slam doors, scream, and stomp out in the hallways.
