Lived here exactly three times. The last time was within the last year. They've updated maybe 1/3 of the apartments but Jack the price and they're all the same. Paying $2,100 for a two bedroom apartment that hasn't been updated and smells like mold. Leasing company Princeton is an absolute nightmare deal with, And they do not give a care whatsoever about any problems you're going to have. I LOVE PRINCETON BRADFORD! as a former resident of this complex, i can say that this place was awesome for the time that i lived here, and it only got better was time went on. there were a few minor inconveniences, but the positives drastically outweigh them. i could literally drone on forever about how great the amenities are here. i have so many fond memories of this place, and i can’t recall too many bad memories in this complex. the day that i found out that i was moving away, my heart was broken. even to this day, my fi... read more

Princeton recently had a fire displacing multiple residents, those affected voiced their opinions across many platforms online and pointed out the neglect and lack of communication by the property management company. Sure Princeton sent an email acknowledging a fire happened happened; 48 hours later they sent another email outlining the new towing company they partnered with and how now there will be foot patrollers on the grounds scoping out cars.... I delivered a package to my brother’s address and come to find out the package was stolen just a couple mins after delivery The funny thing is, this isn’t the first time a package got stolen. I told Princeton and they said “email us after this happens again” Not only that, the intense smell of marijuana reeks the building; my brother has a 18 month old and this isn’t the environment they should be exposed to. Princeton is a poor excuse for a property management company.
