Been using Foresight for year to manage 2 commercial properties we own. They do a great job staying on top of all the incidentals and keeping plazas full with happy tenants. Highly recommend!
Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Absolutely zero communication. They dont take phone calls no billing or invoices. Very extremely disorganized company. Thank good our building owner realized the issues and fired them. If you see a property for rent with their sign out front run away as fast as possible.

I have been dealing with Trifon at Foresight properties for several years now and my experience with him and staff have been exceptional!! I have never had any property manager work with me during difficult times as they have. They have abated rent, made adjustment and worked with me during the most difficult of times. In addition they respond immediately to any issues we may have at our location. I can only say great things for this company!!
Absolutely shady business. Used our TT to juice another deal that was already weeks in progress with an attorney finalizing details and informed us via email they let someone else have the property. Was told HVAC was being inspected and would have word in a day or two so the lease could be signed, which was false and closed with another lease.
