This inspector is completely irresponsible he fell the ceiling in the living room, and made a huge hole in my living room And he refused to come back to clean up the installation he tracked throughout my home. He left my home a disaster and is not taking any responsibility to fix it or clean up the mess he left everywhere. Unfortunately, this is not a client of Foresight Property Inspections. Sometimes we have disgruntled sellers, it is part of the job. For the first time, I did have a mishap and stepped through the drywall of the ceiling. I did clean the insulation and bagged it so it could be put back in the ceiling when the hole was repaired. However, It is possible that insulation did come from the hole and may have gotten in the home after I left.
