Dr. Arthur Chen was overall great and knowledgeable. I went to the LensCrafters in Macy's of Flushing and did wait some time post appointment to wrap up. They however were in the middle of training new employees by I would guess a manager, who was not doubt informative, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with while the new trainees were finalizing my appointment and order. I would recommend.
