I have been treated for ADHD for 24 years now after being diagnosed as a child. I liked my provider but the company required me to take some online test to "prove" I had ADHD. The test was clicking a mouse every time I saw a 1. I was not provided with any information about the effectiveness of the test. It cost 200 and came back negative which is ridiculous to anyone that knows me. I could barely even sit still through the test. Do not get scammed here with ADHD testing or screening. Charge you $200 for a silly test, then $275 just for test results only to tell you they’re invalid. Then require you to pay $200 again and it can be invalid again.
If I could give this company less than one I would. Customer service is bad and it’s a huge waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.
Therapists are not great, but the admin and billing are terrible. The greatest waste of time and money I have ever had. Their site is not user friendly and even with insurance costs are insane.
After seeing all the other google reviews I have to agree. As a patient who was seeing Deborah Nagy when I was a minor, I was suddenly removed from her care due to an incident with another patient who was a minor, so Deborah no longer saw minors. In no way do I blame that patient for what happened, however the aftermath of that decision was extremely hard on myself.
