I came here specifically for ADHD treatment. I sent my prior records a full week in advance and made it explicitly clear that my medication was running out. Despite all of that, I was told thirty minutes before my first appointment that my records were not acceptable. Not before. Thirty minutes before. At that point I was told I needed new testing, but first I had to book a separate paid appointment with the nurse, just to get the test scheduled. I paid for the nurse appointment. I went here a handful of times I didn’t like them. They wanted me to pay $200 for an add test. I have never had that, other doctors would just talk to me and they know if I have such a thing without charging so insane. Hence why I changed doctors because I felt like I was being scammed. The customer service is awful, the sound of voice sounds like they’re annoyed all the time. I’m very happy with my current psychiatry and therapist somewhere else. I recommend stay far away from here.
posting specifically for the $75 fee for “medical documents”- never seen this anywhere else and, specially when it’s for necessary documents related to your health, makes no sense to me why this is an additional charge on top of copays- necessary medical document write ups should be included in the visit services since they’re not fun quirky optional documents we are choosing to get done
I have had so many cancellations from our therapist at the last minute. My son has had 3 therapist so far cause they keep leaving. My husband and I had an amazing Therapist and found out she just left at the last minute. Now our family therapist is not responding. I do not recommend this establishment
They immediately dropped me for picking up a medication from my previous provider. They refused to let me explain the situation, called me a liability, and cut me loose. I’ve been taking this medication properly for ten years. It was a pretty cutthroat business decision; they just didn’t want to deal with it. Go somewhere else if you have ADHD.
