AVOID this business. I’m an RN and needed a therapist. The scheduler was able to find a therapist (after screening who would be appropriate) and could provide telehealth in CA. I waited for over a month for their series of appts. I completed the intake form prior to my appt when I received it by email, which would be sufficient time for the provider to screen. Was hit by a car on my bike which left me in bed recuperating. Attempted to cancel my appointment with 24 hours notice, but not by the 48 hours required by the front office. No sympathy, no leniency, and a 180 dollar no-show fee that neither Dr. Quadri, nor the front office would budge on claiming it was "policy". Not happy and not returning.
Beware. New CEO and billing system. I have been charged double and now have a $750 bill. Even with insurance. Calling them only puts you on hold all day with a robot telling you “all of our agents are engaged on a call”, and there is no other way to contact your doctor without using their automated chat system. Update: I found out that they charged me for a "therapy add on" despite the fact that I only signed up for medication services. We have only had our first meeting with a new couples-therapist through Foresight, but the meeting went very well and I am pleased with.the therapist we've been assigned. He seems to be engaged in the conversation and taking a personal interest in each of us as individuals and expressed his hope that we may both better ourselves and in turn improve our relationship and life together. I am looking forward to working with him in the coming weeks/months.
