I used Michael Ruffing with Foresight Home Inspections, recommended by my realtor. Although Mr. Ruffing may be competent with several areas of home inspection, he did not get on the roof. A thorough viewing of the roof was not even completed from the ground level. This problem was reaffirmed by a Century 21 broker that has blacklisted Mr. Ruffing from their office.
